The link below leads to a recent one hour YouTube video of Colonel John
Antal (US Army, Retired) speaking at a Maneuver Warfare Symposium. Most of
what he talks about is related to recent, current, and future combat usage
of UAVs and other robotic systems. There are nuggets of info that should be
of interest to a critical review of the current and future use of such items
in TacOps.

Colonel John Antal, U.S. Army, was instrumental in the development and
funding of TacOps late v3 and early v4. Colonel Antal was the Commanding
Officer of the 16th Cavalry Regiment and the Armor School at Fort Knox from
June 2000 through 2003. Under his direction the 16th Cav and the Armor
School purchased a $25K Army wide license to use and distribute a custom
version of TacOps under the name TacOpsCav. This was not blessed by TRADOC.
A year or so later TRADOC published a policy/regulation intended to prevent
such low level field machinations from ever being repeated. Slow, expensive,
bureaucracy was codified as the only path. :)

Best regards, Major H
