[Tacops] Mail List Oddities

Well ... The TacOps mailing list returns.

19 members so far, most with familiar names or handles.

There will likely be oddities in the mechanics of the list admin functions
for a while. Report them if you see them.

You might need to watch closely when you reply to a message from the list,
as to what "reply to address" is used. The list bot, and or your email
program may want to auto reply to the personal email address of the original
poster, instead of replying to the list address of tacops at nxport.com.

You may need to add or manually select "reply to all" instead of just "reply
to sender".
