[Tacops] Recent Tinkering

About two years ago I started tinkering again with the old TacOps v4 and v5
code, mostly as a hobby.

I added about 40 vehicles and infantry units to the modern German Army Table
of Equipment - inspired by LTCOL Ralf Pichocki. Who occasionally uses v4 to
support table CPXs for German reservists.

I removed the Battlefront trade dress items and references, in case I decide
to put v4 back on the market ³as is².

Also worked on a ³Type 3² huge map option for v4 and v5.

Also worked on adding scenario creation routines to v5. Including a largely
scripted AI opponent. My intent is to continue that project and ignore all
other bright ideas for a while.

Adding more elevations remains on a very cold back burner.
