[Tacops] TacOps4 on Mac

I just retested, TacOps v4.0.6 AL runs fine on Macs in Wine.  Wine is
a free Windows emulation layer that runs on Macs.

I tested both on an Intel Mac and on an M1.

Wine installation requires two steps in the terminal.  Let me know if
you have any problems.  Happy to help.

It also runs in FreeBSD and Linux.
